Hospital Nurse Call system

At every bed in hospital or age care center, there is a push button. The push button can be wire or wireless. When the push button pressed, the bed number is display in a LED display device at the front counter and also with the beep alert sound. The web based GUI application provide tool to send paging text messages to authorised doctors, nurses or security staffs.

Hospitality Paging System

There are two version of hospitality paging system: Guest or Staff Paging system.

Guest paging system is used for quick service restaurant, take away shop, food bar, etc. Guest order their meal at the counter, they made payment and given the coaster pager. Guest free to travel anywhere within the venue with their pager, when their meal is ready, kitchen staff will call their pager, guest come to the counter to pick up their meal.

Staff paging system is used mostly in night club/casino/resort such as Poker Paging System. Staff Paging system always work with guest request push button. Each Push button have identification Number (ID) to map with the location of the push button. In casino's Poker Paging system guest can request the drink/meal service without leaving their poker machine, each poker machine is attached a push button.

The other application of staff paging system is in beach resort, customers can enjoyed a very relaxing sunny day at the beach or swimming pool, customer can request a service with a push of button call, staff will be alert instantly what position (what umbrella, what seat number, etc.) and will response the service call nearly instantly. This will improve significant the level of customer service and generate more income for venue's owner.

Building Access Control, Security Alarm Paging System (BSAP)

If you are building manager of a high rise residential or office building or large shopping centre, it will be a headache to choose which supplier can provide everything like access control system (car park boom gate control, authorised access swipe card system), security system (fire alarm, glass broken alarm, door open alarm, etc), and each of incedent happen the text message need to be sent to the right person immediately. Becas Security Alarm Paging system (BSAP) provides monitoring in real time upto thousands of sensors access points (like door open sensor, smoke sensor, motion sensor, glass broken sensor, access control activator, etc.). The back office web based browser can display exact the location of the sensor, when the alarm triggered, what pager, what staff the alarm message will be sent to. The BSAPS system play the vital role in protecting property, save life as it can alert the right persons on-site (pagers, siren) and off site (mobile phone) nearly instantly.

Typical BSAPS application is as follows:

• Database and Network security: If any customer account database (for Banking, Government Organisations, etc) or company network being accessed un-authorised, BSAPS will send alert message for let says IT Manager.
• SCADA Alarm: An important part of most SCADA implementations is alarm handling. The system monitors whether certain alarm conditions are satisfied, to determine when an alarm event has occurred. Once an alarm event has been detected, one or more actions are taken (such as the activation of one or more alarm indicators, and perhaps the generation of email or text messages so that management or remote SCADA operators are informed). In many cases, a SCADA operator may have to acknowledge the alarm event; this may deactivate some alarm indicators, whereas other indicators remain active until the alarm conditions are cleared. Alarm conditions can be explicit - for example, an alarm point is a digital status point that has either the value NORMAL or ALARM that is calculated by a formula based on the values in other analogue and digital points - or implicit: the SCADA system might automatically monitor whether the value in an analogue point lies outside high and low limit values associated with that point. Examples of alarm indicators include a siren, a pop-up box on a screen, or a coloured or flashing area on a screen (that might act in a similar way to the "fuel tank empty" light in a car); in each case, the role of the alarm indicator is to draw the operator's attention to the part of the system 'in alarm' so that appropriate action can be taken.

Becas provides paging interface that allows alarm message to be sent to the on-site pagers to notify the SCADA operators instantly. React quickly to correct the alarm situation can reduce the down time or prevent machine failure. For examples, if the temperature reading is too high, one of the machine fan might failed, if the alert message with the temperature reading sent to the machinist quickly, The machinist can act quickly to save the machine failure and loss of production time. • Access Control: Any failed attempt to access a property, the alarm message will be sent to security persons.
• ATM Machine: Any atempt to break ATM machine (vibration sensor), the alarm message will be sent to security persons.

Panic Push Button Alarm Paging System

BECAS has released the first simple panic push button alarm paging system for jewellery shop, banking, ATM machine, or any retail business that handle large amount of cash. Becas Alarm system can connect up to eight emergency push buttons. In case of emergency, press those buttons will send alarm message immediately to the on-site security authority. When a robbery happen, the incedent is often quick, in some case less than few minutes, The on-site alarm system will alert to personnel within 1 kilometer from the paging transmitter.
