BECAS POS system operating based on Linux Operating System, and equipped with powerfull database server MySQL, web server based on Php and Apache. Every POS terminal can be configured to run in stand-alone or fully network mode.

Zero system down time

Becas has soon realised that in the server/client network, if POS database server down, none of POS terminals working properly, and customer will lose big money, so Becas has developed successfully a cutting edge solution that can reduce system downtime to nearly zero. In fact if any POS terminals in the network and include the Server if broke down (like Hardware components failed, Hard disc failed, etc.), the other POS terminals still work in the Offline mode. When the server machine is fixed, all of client POS terminal will upload sales data to the server. The whole process is done automatically as if notthing went wrong.

Gaming System Interface

Becas club POS system can fully integrated to a number of Poker Machine Loyalty system, such as IGT and Ebet Gaming System. Club members can be rewarded when use their membership cards to pay at Bars and Restaurants within the venue. Operating Manager can set up the reward based on the membership type or accrued points from the POS Web Host Server.

Hotel Service System Interface

Becas POS system can integrated to Hotel Service Optimization System (HotSOS). Guest can request food or wine delivery service to their room. The HotSOS system will despatch the service request to the restaurant or bar POS system. Food service after delievery will be completed by POS system.

HotSOS keeps track all of customer service requests no matter where the location of the customer in the venue and make sure the requests will be response swiftly.

Guest Paging Interface

Becas POS system can integrated to LRS customer pagers. Customer pay for their meal and given the pagers. When the chefs finish prepare the meal, operator then beep the pager to alert customer pick up their meal. Operator beeps the pager from any POS terminals in the venue.

Poker Paging Interface

If club have poker machines, then Becas can provide the Poker Paging System along with the POS system. These two systems can stay independent or network together in the same club network.

Security and Alarm Paging Interface

Becas can provide Security and Alarm Paging Controller to integrate with the club alarm and security system. In case of alarm event occured, Becas Paging Controller can send the alarm messages to the on-site security staffs.

Digital Signage Interface

Becas POS system can integrated to Digital Signage System (DSS). The DSS can provide the display of up to 4 Digital Signage Menu through Plasma TV or LCD TV. Everytime the menu from the POS system changed, the display of DSS menu signages automatically changed too.

Back Office or Online POS Web Interface features

Becas is a leading POS Solution provider who can integrate a Web Interface into POS system. That maximises the benefit of E-commerce web site and venue's POS system. Food Take away and Delivery shop could allow customers place orders online. Those orders will be sent directly to the shop kitchen printer, the Tax Invoice can be presented in PDF file.

Becas provides Back Office or Online POS Web Interface as a complete management functions tool. The Web Interface has two major components: the web pages and the POS database. These two major components could be stored in the same machine (Back Office Application) or different machines (Online Application).

Support Staffs Control: Staffs can be signed in at different levels (General Staffs, Supervisors, or Managers). Higher level staffs have more controls, more access to lower level staffs
